Turn on/off cellular data

I can't turn on/off cellular data from the top menu only if i go to the setting . The green icon on the top menu is disabled

iPhone 13 Pro Max, iOS 16

Cellular data; can't activate/deactivate it for any apps. iOS 18, Intune Cellular data; can't activate/deactivate it for any apps. When accessing Setting-cellular data, I can't change the on/off switch for any apps. It goes back to the previous state as soon as I get out of settings. It's not greyed out like when the Screen time is off for cellular data. I can change the state but it's not saved when exiting. We have this behavior since iOS18. We are under Microsoft Intune to manage our devices. Thanks.

Try restarting your iPhone→Restart your iPhone - Apple Support

Then contact Apple support:

Click on “Support” at the top or bottom of this page
Go to Contact Official Apple Support

Note that both of the above have options to receive a callback or chat
