Green lines and Transparent Diagonal lines came my iPhone 11 and after sign in my apple id in new iphone

Hi there,

ios 16.6

I purchased new iPhone(14pro) last week and i want to transfer data to new phone from my existing iPhone 11, when i sign in my apple id to my new iPhone, my existing iPhone 11 started to show white transparent lines and diagonal lines,

i restarted my iPhone 11, and i reset but all lines are still there,

This phone has not been dropped on the ground or submerged in water.

kindly help me to fix this issue
