How can I fix spinning circle during data transfer from iPhone 14 to iPhone 16?

What I like to do to make the transfer process as easy as possible with my customers is to plug in a Lightning to USB-C to the new phone and then start the quick set up, and then it will transfer everything through the Lightning cord to the new device. It works really fast and with little to no issues with any transfer of data that way.
