Hello, I want to customise the menu bar, but when i change what shows up (for example wifi or bluetooth) nothing happens when it is supposed to activate or remove the icons. I tried to restart my Mac but it still does not work. The same is with the control panel.

It should work ... unless you have installed some 3rd party stuff ("cleaners" or other harmful apps).

I dont think that i have any 3rd party stuff installed that interferes. This is an new computer.
I used EtreCheck but it did not find anything. Are there anything else i can do?
I can also add that the settings that are at the bottom (only menu bar) works fine.
Why cant I change the menu bar?
