If you still have this issue try the following approach:

  • Open your browser
  • Click on the three dots in the upper-right corner and select Settings from the menu
  • Click Privacy and Security in the left column
  • Click Cookies and Other Site Data in the middle
  • Scroll down and click See All Site Data and Permissions
  • In the Search box at the top of that page type apple.com or scroll to that entry.
  • It should then display the number of cookies that apple.com is using. There will be a "trash" icon to the right of that line
  • Click on the trash icon
  • Chrome will warn you that you will be forcibly signed out of all apple.com sites, including any open tabs. Click OK
  • You should now find that the email entry box no longer vanishes before you can entry your address

If you cannot follow these steps then a general reset of all cookies in your browser may help.

Hey búa,

It looks like you may be experiencing an issue connecting to the Apple servers when you try to use the Cốc Cốc browser to listen to Apple Music.  We suggest checking Apple - Support - System Status to see if Apple is reporting any issues with Apple Music, and then following through with the rest of the steps in this article: If you can't connect to the App Store, iTunes Store, or other Apple services.

These may help resolve your Apple Music connection issue.

1. Make sure your device has a strong internet connection.
2. Update your macOS software, and any browsers that need an update.
3. Check the date and time on your make to make sure it is set correctly.

Still need help? The answers to these questions may allow us to better assist you and facilitate additional responses from other Apple Support Community users.

• What type of internet connection are you using? (e.g. Wi-Fi, ethernet, HotSpot, etc.)

• Are you experiencing the same behavior on any other devices associated with the same Apple account?

• Have you been able to log in and listen to Apple Music from the Cốc Cốc browser before?

• Are you able to log in using Chrome, Edge, or any of the other browsers installed on your computer?

• What troubleshooting steps have you tried on your own?

Knowing what you have already tried will help us avoid asking you to try something twice.

Warmest Wishes.
