Library Folder is ghosted/transparent, not it's full saturated color

Hi, I currently have the following computer:

2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7

Ventura 13.5.1

I noticed my Library folder was transparent like a ghost. Does anyone know why this is happening?

Thank you for your help.

Luke

Here is a pic of the folder and when it is selected:

The Library folder might be hidden. Go to your "lukebpz" folder and bring up View Options (View > Show View Options or Command + J). Then click "Show Library Folder".

Hope this helps!
