I'm having 2 issues with the Library folder. First, it no longer appears in the Go drop down menu in Finder. I have to click on Recent Folders and it appears in that drop down menu. Second, the Library folder is completely empty. I don't know where everything went. Does anyone have any advice?

What if you hold the Option key down and click open the Finder>Go>Library...
You can show it in the Finder and drag and drop into the sidebar—
