I signed on with settings and walk my way through click Apple ID suggestions second item “Update Payment”- use my id to sign into Apple shows me a picture of card and failed in red- “Add Payment Method”
does not let me sign in..
Jeff, thank you for trying to help - brain n finally engaged- the Apple account is in my wife’s name - I got on using her information and made the changes I needed - sorry for any inconvenience
I don’t understand what the issue is? Are you trying to update a credit card? Is it in Apple Wallet app or Apple ID Account?
I’m simply trying to update my credit card . It’s an Apple ID account
Is the card that was compromised on your Apple ID Account? If so, add a new card first and then you can delete your old card.
