How can I change my alarms ring tone

Hello.

To change the Alarm's ringtone, you open the Clock app, tap the Alarm tab, then tap Edit. Tap the alarm, then tap Sound and choose a Sound to play once the alarm plays.

When i change alarm ringtone, the next time i use it it defaults back to the default ringtone?

also when i get on facetime it records the everything said, i know how to turn it off but it wont stay off?
