If you get service from an Apple Authorized Service Provider (AASP), you must ask them for a quote, because they can set their own prices.

Depending on the issue and its cause you may be charged the cost for a cracked screen (screen replacement) or "other damage" if the issue is cased by something internal.

The iPhone Repair & Service page has a cost estimate tool where you can see the cost with or without Apple Care+ coverage for either service type. You can also start the repair process by scheduling a visit to your local Apple Store.
