Account not active??
so when I initially received my new iPhone 12, I entered my original iCloud account as my email address. However, I had not actually created an email address for that account. As a result, I currently can't get into my Apple ID on my iPhone and cannot remember my password. In an attempt to regain access to my old account, I created another Apple ID. Unfortunately, I have been informed that my account is inactive due to an incomplete sign-up process. Which basicallymeans my apple ID AND accountant exist. But my iPhone still has the email showing in the settings menu that I can't get into so how can I sign out when it's inactive and I don't know the password? I am unsure of what steps to take next.
