Torch and camera

First of all, you swipe down from the top corner of the screen to get to the Control Center which is what your screenshot is showing.

Go to Settings>Control Center and tap on Camera and Flashlight to add them back to the Control Center.

Good catch. I didn’t see that. I have to pay more attention to those tags. My experience is that they aren’t super reliable, but in this instance, I’m sure that you are right based on what the OP said.

Yeah, they’re pretty unreliable for some reason. My tip-off was the down arrow on top of the Control Center, along with the OP saying “when I swipe up.”
