I'd like to turn off the feature when Mail automatically capitalizes the next word

There are instructions for this, but they are all based in System preferences. Since the change to system settings (Ventura) those instructions no longer apply. Is it still possible to turn off the automatic capitalization following a period?

Mail Capitalizes MY NAME Hi, The mail program seems to have "learned" to capitalize my name. When I type in My Name it auto corrects it to MY NAME. I have tried to overrule this in System Settings -> Keyboard -> Text replacements but since this doesn't allow spaces it doesn't work with my full name. And it only happens in Mail and not eg in Word. Bizarre. How can I make the Mail App "unlearn" this auto correction without turning off auto correct completely?

Automatic first letter capitalize on Mac Mail Ventura Anyone knows how to set-up to automatically capitalize the first letter in each phrase on Mac Mail on Ventura?. No option in Keyword settings. No option in mail preferences. There is an option within Mail >Edit>Transformation, but it is shadowed most of the time. I think many people has same problem. Thanks!
