Both of my kids had not accepted my recovery contact, my other family member, no longer has access to my information. I don’t know my 28 character security key. I just changed my password and can’t get into my cloud, without the security key!! Help please

You may be able to generate a new key. Otherwise, you'll need to find your key. There is no other option to restore your account.
Using a recovery key is more secure, but it means that you’re responsible for maintaining access to your trusted devices and your recovery key. If you lose both of these items, you could be locked out of your account permanently.
