When I call my mum daily on FaceTime she answers on her iPad…… then periodically her iPhone alerts and offers to take over the FaceTime call….. I don’t seem to be able to find a setting to prevent this….. it’s driving up both mad! HELP

If you want FaceTime to only be active on the iPad, you can disable FaceTime from the iPhone by going to Settings > FaceTime. This will prevent FaceTime from being notified on her iPhone and only the iPad that has FaceTime enabled.
