My friend cannot remember her passcode and now her security questions are wrong as well. What can she do?

She changed her passcode yesterday and tried it today but it’s wrong. She changed her applied password. It’s now asking security questions. She can’t remember those either. What can she do?

Im trying to reset my security questions i called apple support yesterday for the problem of forgetting all of my security questions and they told me to go to iforgot.apple.com and went to forgot security questions, went to reset my security questions after signing into apple id and everything clicked on forgot it questions. Asked me to pick one of the security question and anwser it. i forgot all of them made them awhile ago. what do i do now is there another alternative or how do i go about this. To ass im locked out of my iphone because i forgot my passcode when i was drinking one night and deciding randomly i guess to change it. Now im locked out and it is telling me iphone is locked to user and i have no way of getting in. unless i can change security questions, thanks in advance

My 94 year old mom doesn't know her password or her security question answers, how can we unlock for her My 94 year old mother hasn't ever used her iPad from 5 years ago. It is locked and she doesn't remember her password or answers to her security questions. How can we unlock for her?

Brand new ipad pro 12.9 didn't set up apple id but set a passcode and forgot now locked out for 3 hrs what to do Brand new iPad didn't set up apple id at start up but set a passcode and forgot passcode screen says iPad unavailable try back in 3 hours,what can I do? just now set up apple id to be able to ask this question
