Is Outlook 2013 for PC still supported?

Is Outlook 2013 for PC still supported?

In a quick search it looks like Outlook 2013 should still be supported, but when I open the iCloud app, it says it's not. I just got a new computer; it worked fine on my old computer. If it does still work, any tips??

iCloud for Windows requires Outlook 2016 or later. You can find that along with the other system requirements in this resource: System requirements for iCloud - Apple Support
