pending sync on mac outlook and inbox determining changes

My mac outlook inbox keeps determining changes and pending sync.

I created a static rule on the firewall to allow traffic to the specific macbook but still could not work.

I reset mail passwords but still pending and taking ages to download mails.

What can i do to resolve this error that started 2 days ago?

Will updating outlook and macbook resolve the issue
