Airport utility does not see Time Capsule. I've restarted my MacBook Pro. I've restarted the Time Capsule. I've done the reset on the button on back of Time Capsule. It comes on fine, light is green. Airport Utility just does not see it.

One possible explanation is that your TC is a client of a different network than your Mac. If that is the case, it will be receiving an IP address from the router it's connected to, but your Mac is not a client of that network.
You will probably need to perform a "hard reset" of the TC followed by configuring it again. That will not affect any existing backups, but you may need to "reconnect" to them.
For instructions start here: How to reset your AirPort base station - Apple Support. It should then be available to select in AirPort Utility as an unconfigured Time Capsule.
