How do I change my phone number in my wallet?
I have my old phone number in my wallet how do I change it to my new phone number so I can use it properly?

Try this:
Sign in to your Apple ID account page and edit / update your Apple ID details -> https://appleid.apple.com
- (Sidebar) Click Personal Information -> Reachable at -> then edit / update your 'new' trusted phone number.
