App not available in your country or region

I am trying to install an app on my Iphone SE (2020), but it says that "this app is not available in your country or region", although it is since my wife did not have any issue in finding and installing it. I am in the US, with a US bought phone, a US SIM card, and the phone region is set on US. What can I do?

Unable to download apps in certain country that I know are available I've just moved to a different country and am trying to download some apps but keep getting a notification saying "App not available in your country or region"; but I know that it is as some of my friends in the area have it. Any ideas?

Says not available in country/region, even though it is? Hi, this might be a little sloppy due to me writing this at 12am lol, but I’m trying to download an app I’ve downloaded before i had to delete for storage and now want to download it again, but when I search it up on the App Store it doesn’t show, and when I go to the link on google it says it’s not available in my country/region, even though, the app itself says it is available, and the link is in English, I’m kinda stumped and can’t figure out why this is happing. (I live in the United States for reference)

Get support from Apple directly -> Get Support or call Apple in your region see -> Contact Apple for support and service
