Location not updating in App Store

I recently relocated and I updated my device location. However, when I try to download some apps I get a message saying these apps are not available in my region. I know they are though. How can I fix this? I have checked the location a thousand times and it’s correct.

Change your Apple ID country or region - Apple Support
