iPhone 14 Issues

Every time I get a phone call when it is over my screen is frozen. I cannot hang up the call before when I touch the End button nothing happens. I have never had this happen on any iPhone that I have owned in the past. The iPhone 14 has given me more problems than all of my other iPhones put together. Has anymore seen this before ? If so, is there a fix for it ? It is becoming extremely annoying.

Also I had to disconnect my Apple watch because for whatever reason it would cause my ringer for calls to turn off. The phone showed ringer was on and at full volume. I did nothing to cause this. Just did it on it's own. Have not figured out why that is happening and now I have a VERY expensive Apple watch that I cannot use at this point.

To get started, for the issue you described with your iPhone display not responding when on a phone call, the best option would be to reach out to Apple Support directly at this link here: Get Support

As for the issue you mentioned with not hearing your iPhone ringer when your Apple Watch is connected, are you by chance able to hear the ringer on your Apple Watch when it is paired and set up with your iPhone?

If not, do you by chance use any Focus features on your Apple Watch? If you do, and if Share Across Devices is enabled in your iPhone settings, this would cause the Focus to be enabled on your iPhone as well.

When a Focus is enabled, this may cause calls and other notifications to be silenced to reduce distractions. For more details on using Focus features on your Apple Watch, check out this link here: Use Focus on Apple Watch - Apple Support
