It sounds like you're experiencing issues with adding health records on your wife's iPhone via the Health app. According to the instructions from the Apple Support website, you should be able to add health records by following these steps:

  1. Open the Health app on your iPhone.
  2. Tap the Summary tab.
  3. Under Health Records, tap "Add Account."
  4. Search for your hospital or health network and follow the on-screen instructions to log in.

However, since you mentioned that the "Add Account" button is missing, there could be several reasons for this issue:

  1. Update the iPhone: Ensure that the iPhone is running the latest version of iOS. Sometimes, features are unavailable on older versions of the operating system.
  2. Region Restrictions: Health Records feature is not available in all countries. Verify if this feature is available in your region.
  3. Health Records Enabled by Healthcare Provider: Not all healthcare providers support Health Records on iPhone. Check if your healthcare provider is supported.

For detailed guidance on electronic health records, you can visit FitWell Hub's Electronic Health Records page. This website provides comprehensive information about electronic health records, which might help you understand how to manage and troubleshoot issues with health records.

If the issue persists, consider reaching out to Apple Support for further assistance.
