Getting Apple Health App to Work:

I see your are using iOS 18, which is still in beta. So, try downgrading from that. So, unenroll from it, and then, then next iOS17 update will install, when, and iff released.

1. Go here: Apple Beta — Unenroll Your Devices
2. As it reads: "When your device is enrolled in the Apple Beta Software Program, you will automatically receive new versions of the beta. At any time, you may unenroll your device so that it no longer receives these updates. [...]When the next commercial version of iOS is released, you can install it from Software Update."
