Hi everyone, I was browsing Safari on my iPhone on InPrivate browsing when a pop up occurred which said something along the lines of:
Storage 75% full, click here.
I didn't click or press the X and closed the page and then Safari, put the phone into airplane mode and then restarted.
I checked my storage and I have well over 50% storage free. Was this a scam? Have they infiltrated my iPhone?
Any advice appreciated. Thanks!

Yes.
Closing the page was the right thing to do. Airplane mode and / or restarting is ok but not necessary.
Phony "tech support" / "ransomware" popup… - Apple Community illustrates these common scams and what to do about them — which is exactly what you did. Close the page and forget about it.
