What happened to this widget feature? My widget is missing all of a sudden

I have an iphone 13 pro, and I used to have this CashApp widget, it was a bigger sized widget, the long horizontal size (medium option i guess), that i noticed all of a sudden today is not there anymore. I can remember using it as early as maybe a week ago tops, maybe earlier. Its not from a 3rd party app or anything special. I used to be able to swipe right while on my home screens first page, and it would open up my widget screen, and there used to be a cashapp widget that showed all my cashapp balances including my bitcoin balance with the days % change in price, it had the cash account and savings account information aswell, although they were 0, as i only hold BTC in cashapp.

I can’t remember how I added it, to my best knowledge I thought I just pressed add widget button and hit cashapp, but now it look’s completely different and only shows the cash account balance. Contacting cashapp support was of no help lol. He assumed I used a 3rd party source, or said it was a phones feature. I told him it was obviously an integrated feature of the cashapp app and that the company should know about it, but he just said he couldnt help.

I tried googling a picture of it to show him but I couldn’t find any exactly of the widget, but there was this one picture that looks very familiar and Im prettyyyy sure this is how I was able to add the widget, but when I long press the app icon I don’t not see it like this anymore. I dont see anything like this on any apps TBH.

Here is what it KINDA looked like in widget form, it looked very similar to what the actual cashapp home screen looks like. It showed bitcoin balance and blue % change, just the same way.

someone on my reddit post said they noticed theirs disappeared yesterday as well, and that their whole widget page looks different and others are missing too. But that doesnt seem like case for me, besides the cashapp widget missing, mine looks pretty much exactly the same, granted i dont really use widgets, I have just basic ones, e.g., google/youtube/calendar/weather etc..so it makes sense if maybe he used other widgets that are now gone with some iphone update. I didnt update my phone either. Im on 16.5.1(c)
