hey my iphone touch screen doesnt work

My Iphone touch screen doesnt work, its only on the homescreen and i cant write my password. I have tried to restart my phone but the screen is still frozen. Ive also tried to update through my mac and it wont update or restart. My phone is 1 year old no cracks on it just some bumps. Everything else is fine all of the buttons and siri etc.

Screen not responding constantly. I got an Iphone 12 earlier this week, now, an issue has surfaced. I can turn on my Iphone by pressing the power button, however, i cannot swipe up to unlock the phone at all, and when it works, and i get into the phone, the screen freezes again withn 30 seconds. I have tried to restart the phone dozens if times, but nothng works. So please, is this a hardware issue, or a software issue, how do i fix it?

Cannot use touchscreen My iphone 7plus was working fine this morning but in the last 2 hours the screen seems to have frozen and I cannot use the touchscreen to sign in or anything. I have reset several times but still doesn't work.
