The Apps I needed showed only an install button. I suppose they don't want to frighten you off before you buy and if you install then you'll have to pay their price regardless. Offer from whom? It appears Xfinity is the one offering the $2.99 Peacock discount so can we assume you are a Xfinity customer? You'll need to contact them. It also appears that the offer expires today.
