All iPhones since Xs/Xr have been Dual-SIM (2-line capable)

If you mean dual nanoSIM it could be a model manufactured to be sold in the Chinese market.

Not enough information. Other than a U.S. model iPhone 14 Pro Max will be dual eSIM. No option to use a SIM card.
