Buy Pro Apps Bundle for Education after 10 days not delivered

I did purchase Buy Pro Apps Bundle for Education on 15th August 2023. I have never received them on the email I shared. I checked the status, it shows that it has been shipped.

But these are just softwares. The expectation is to receive them in 3 days maximum.

May I know what could be the reason for such a delay? What can I do to solve the problem.

I tried to call 0800 048 0408 is not going through.

I did manage to chat with some representatives the end up reassigning to the others and my problem is still there.
