When calling Apple for service I am passed around in what appears to be a discussion group
I have been attempting to purchase a product; there appears to be fraud as I am repeated asked for payment information on different occasions; it appears as though when I question it, I am passed around in a discussion group and when I ask for escalation to get assistance, I am disconnected while on hold.
Executive management spends a lot of time promoting your brand in a various arenas, it's the little foxes that spoil the vine. This issue has been an ongoing one with me. I have tried different stores in different states. Your front line is failing you.
