When calling Apple for service I am passed around in what appears to be a discussion group

I have been attempting to purchase a product; there appears to be fraud as I am repeated asked for payment information on different occasions; it appears as though when I question it, I am passed around in a discussion group and when I ask for escalation to get assistance, I am disconnected while on hold.


Executive management spends a lot of time promoting your brand in a various arenas, it's the little foxes that spoil the vine. This issue has been an ongoing one with me. I have tried different stores in different states. Your front line is failing you.

We are users like you. We have no access to your account or purchases. We are not Apple so complaining about Apple here in this user-to-user community is of no value.

Apple retail stores are no different than other retail stores regardless of State. When you make a retail purchase and pay by card you are asked for the card information. If you make a purchase online with a card you are asked for card information.

Are you sure you are dealing with Apple when these events are occurring and not some phishing/scam caller online?
