Reverse Tab for Word

I run Word365 on my MacBook Pro. My current macOS is Ventura 13.4.1 (c). Previously, when creating an outline in Word, I could reverse the tab by pressing Shift + Tab. This key combination no longer reverses the tab, it simply advances it.

I read other threads and attempted to change the shortcut setting. I would appreciate any insight on how to set this shortcut.
