Camera not working with doxy.me website

I am using Chrome on my macbook pro and I have enabled camera on the site. When I go to sign in on the doxy.me site a red dot comes up on the tab and it says video disabled. I cannot figure out why it suddenly is doing this, it worked fine for the past 6 weeks.

i suggest that this is an issue best resolved by working with doxy.me's support personnel.

I already tried with the doxy.me support. We tried several things, but they said they exhausted all their resources and to try apple support.
