After following on screen instructions and selecting an email address that is not already taken, I repeatedly get the same error message: “Problem Turning On Mail
There was a problem turning on your email, try again. Same message on both the iphone and Ipad 10th gen.

We'll be glad to help out. If you're consistently getting this message, you may need to try signing out of iCloud completely on each affected device, then signing back in.
