Synchronization of Notes app stops at a certain point

I've been doodling with the Notes app since 2019. In early 2023, the frequency of the Notes app crashing suddenly increased, and when I ran the Notes app again, more than half of my work was lost.

I think it's a problem after the iOS 16 update, but I'm not sure because I didn't doodle with the Notes app from September 2022 to early 2023.

For example, when I write down numbers from 1 on the Notes app from the iPad to the Apple Pencil, I can check synchronization on other devices (iPhone and Mac) up to 101, but it doesn't sync from 102, and I can check more than 200 on my iPad and at least 101 on other devices. But even if I duplicate notes that I wrote down to 200 on my iPad, the notes that read up to 101 are duplicated. When I run the Notes app again, I only have notes written up to 101.

When I create a new note, synchronization is checked normally.
