Apple Watch Ultra optimized charge issue

Hello community!

I have purchased an Apple Watch Ultra the 15th of July and I left the settings as I found it, with optimized charging ON, but every time I plug the watch to his charger it keeps charging him till 100%.

Since I plug it every day from 15:00 to 20:00 (depending on where I come home) I was wondering why does it not charge at 80% as it should, since I always plug him at 40% battery or more.

Should I plug it at the same hour in a more precise way?

Does he need more time to calibrate?

Quick fast charge during shower time will not initiate optimised charging.

You need:-

Bed time - on charge all night

Wake up time- Wear it all day

Repeat

Don't worry, optimised charging is not important.

By the way, a good optimised charging will charge to 80% in the night then charge to 100% in the early hours of the morning before you wake.

Check the Watch, Settings, Battery and see if that is the case.

It don’t really shows that because I charge it with fast charge when I get a shower and then I put him back on, on some videos I’ve seen that there is a cap at 80% like in this pic:
