When you click the Share option in a webpage, it shows text and other messaging/social app contacts. Holding on a contact will pop up the “Suggest less” option. Anyone know how, or if at all, this can be reversed? I must have done this with some contacts and cannot get them to remain on this list. Very sad. Thanks for any insights.

It sounds like you have tried to share content but selected "Suggest Less" on particular contacts but would like to reverse it. It is the case that there isn't a setting to reverse this. If you continue to share to the contact, the device will start to suggest it more.
You can see the settings for this feature in Settings > Siri & Search > Suggestions from Apple - Use Search on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
