iPhone photos
Hello everyone,
Whenever I go into a photo there is a yellow dot that appears over text in it that highlights it and dims the rest of the picture. Is there any way to disable this?

For example, are you using the Photos app, or another app for pictures? What steps are you taking to access a photo? When did this behavior first begin?
