Wind Sound Coming from Speakers

I have iPhone 13, and a strong wind sound comes from the speakers. When I turn off the volume, It stops. but when the volume is on, it is so strong. the same sound interferes when I listen to music on earphones too.

I have switched off/on my iPhone but the problem doesnt appear. anybody can help?
