I’m trying to add a boarding pass to my apple wallet, but do not get the option to do so. How do I add “ add to apple wallet” to my options?

I live in Italy so there may be some differences in the way we add our tickets to the wallet, but I often have to add ones that are not "supported" by the wallet himself.
Do do that I use this app:

Basically, you select your kind of ticket/card in it and when you have inserted your datas a "add to wallet" button appears.
In this way you can add multiple cards and tickets that are not yet supported.
Separate and individual AppleIDs ?

I’ve tried both the app and the airline website. Also a couple different wifi and data. Won’t work
Tried 3 high speed conections. Updated Alaska App IOS 17.4.1 on my Iphone 13 Pro Max. Alaska chat agent was no help, "try again later".

Deleting an app and updating an app reset some things, but deleting certainly does more, as you just experienced.
Same problem. Will have to try again later this month with my next United flight. 🤞
