how did my battery health suddenly drop to 37%?
I use my laptop regularly and I just realized that my laptop sudeenly easily dies, and i when i check its battery health became 37%

Batteries are consumables and they all age differently; the progression is not linear.
Apple recommends you replace the battery when the remaining capacity drops to 80% or less. Note there is no mention of age in the replacement recommendations.
