All incoming calls have no Caller ID . iPhone 14 Pro on iOS 16.6

All incoming calls have no Caller ID . iPhone 14 Pro on iOS 16.6. This is a new phone. I have imported all my iPhone X's data and settings directly from phone to phone. Since my new iPhone 14 has been operating I do not get anything else than No Caller ID. My contacts are sourced from iCloud. Have turned this off and ensured that contacts list was emptied on iPhone. Then turned iCloud Contacts back on again. Still all received calls have no caller ID

If iOS were responsible, the forums would be flooded with complaints. It is not. Just because Caller ID is showing as enabled on your account doesn't mean it's working on your account. Call your carrier back. Have them turn off Caller ID. Restart your phone. Have them turn it back on again.

Caller ID is a carrier feature. Contact yours.

thanks . You were right. My carrier’s config app was showing my services as activated. I needed a tech on the line to toggle a couple of switches

I'm glad you finally got someone who listened. Sometimes, there is a problem in the carrier's system and that's the way to clear it.

My phone is iPhone 11. From last year until now whatever phone call I receive is showing No Caller ID.

the China Mobile operator said the issue is from iPhone.

How to solve this issue ?
