Since updating my OS to Mac Monterey my Glyph GPT50 drives will not mount. Advice?

The drives worked fine before the system update.

Everything seemed fine since I saw that one of my SSD didn't show up, after some struggling it showed but it doesn't work good (slow to mount and unmount like 2 minutes everytime). So I tried to mount it on my other MacBook where I still have Mojave and it works perfectly. On Mojave I can format it (APFS) and works fine On Monterey I can't mount, unmount, I can't format ( extremely slow in the process gives error at the end) I tried to see if it's a firmware problem, but the SSD firmware seams up to date (to check I used the software from Western Digital) I saw that other people had same problems with other SSD after Monterey but the solved updating the OS but for this SSD doesn't work for now.

Could not mount “LaCie”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49218.) Hey, Been using my lacie 28TB drive for a long time. Today I plugged in and drive won't show up. Went to disk Utility and tried to mount it and got "Could not mount “LaCie”. (com.apple.DiskManagement.disenter error 49218.)" Seems that disk is there, but can't figure out why I cannot access it. Tried with 12.6.3 and also updated my another computer to newest one 13.4 without any luck.

4TB SSD SanDisk Extreme external hard drive not mounting on Ventura I recently purchased two 4TB SSD SanDisk Extreme external hard drives. I tried suggested troubleshooting such as upgrading the MacOS, also formatted the disks in APFS and Mac OS Extended (Journaled) formats. Regardless of the format the disks work two or three times after copying files or making a time machine backup, but then they stop mounting.
