Account disabled in app stores and itunes error message

went to renew a subscription but get the error message “your account has been disabled in the app store and itunes”

iPhone 14, iOS 16

If your account has been disabled in the App Store and iTunes, it isn’t something that you can fix yourself. You will need to contact Apple Support.
