Brother 9320CW All In One Printer won't allow me to scan after macOS Ventura update

I recently updated to "Ventura" on my Mac OS. Now, my Brother 9320CW All In One Printer won't allow me to scan. This AIO didn't have a problem until this new update! I'm furious!

Hi caputo4, try this support link for your all in one printer … it works up to Mac OS 10.15; https://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadlist.aspx?c=ca&lang=en&prod=mfc9320cw_all&os=10060

there’s a firmware update in there too… run that … if stuck, Preview , built into the Mac OS should be able give you a basic scan.. brother iPrint and scan is available in the App Store for Mac OS 13 ( Ventura)

I am sorry you are having scanner problems. If you will bear with me, I will offer some things to consider which may be useful. Whenever we install an operating system upgrade or some OS updates, printers and scanners will often stop working. Then a new OS compliant software must be installed for the scanner. What you can do is to thoroughly check the Brother web site for updated compliant software that works. If none is available, then you should ask when it will be released. If that doesn't work, you can try scanning using Apple's Image Capture app. It will scan, but is not full featured. Another alternative is to download and try the full featured scanner software from VueScan. You can try it for free. It will show a watermark until you purchase it. I bought it and can recommend it. I have no association with VueScan. Good luck.
