MacBook Pro cannot reconnect to Brother printer MFC-L2750DW

I'm using a MacBook Pro, macOS Tahoe, Version 26.2 and trying to reconnect it to my Brother printer and scanner - MFC-L2750DW after it was deleted. The MacBook can't find the printer when I try to add a printer, manually type in the printer's IP address, or try the AirPrint function even though both the printer and computer are connected to WiFi. I've also tried the Brother iprint and scan app with no luck. Please let me know if you have any suggestions.

You can try

>System Setting>Privacy and Security>Local Network> Enable Print&Scan (?)
