Apple ID location wrong

Hello I bought an Apple TV 4K

from Apple Store and when I sign in to my Apple ID the 2 factor authentication location wasn’t my location when I wanted to sign in I wonder if it’s for everyone

Authenticating free 3 month Apple TV trial on LG TV Hi. I have a 3 month free trial of Apple TV with my LG Smart TV, I follow the online QR prompts to log in on my phone, the tv screen then accepts my Apple ID and I follow the other prompts on the TV, at the end it says 'Authentication required, continue on your smart phone, iPad or tablet to complete the process' but where do I look for this option as nothing opens up automatically on the phone I did the original QR prompt with and if I hit the continue button on the TV I get 'Purchase or Rental Not Complete, wait a moment and try again'?? I've opened up my Apple ID in my iTunes settings account on my laptop and can see I have 'made a purchase' today for £0 but if I try and watch something on the TV it takes me back to the 'sign up for 3 months' button so I'm just in an endless loop! I've never had Apple TV on any device before so I know it's not that, it's how I authenticate it that is the issue! Help!

I am trying to sign into my new LG TV appletv app but I have two factor identification Okay so every time I sign into a device I get a code, except trying to set up apple TV on the Apple TV app on my new LG TV as there is no way for the LG TV to allow the verification to happen. It just keeps giving me an error and says unable to verify account. Brilliant move on the part of teh app developers for both Apple and LG.

The location is a best guess based on IP address, from a database lookup. As ISPs can cover a wide area, their IP address range can be anywhere in that area. Some lookups are more accurate that others. I think in my case, they use the headquarters or datacenter location for my ISP. How far off is it placing you? For me, it is off by ~57 miles (by roads) or ~47 miles (as the crow flies).

Yes for me is 164 miles away
