Corporate Google Calendar not Updating Apple Watch Calendar (but synchs to other MacOS and iOS devices)

I have five Google calendars. Each are set to synch with my Mac, iPhone and iPad native calendars. My Apple Watch is linked to my iPhone.

Four of the five synch flawlessly. For example, if I add an appointment via my Mac calendar app, in just a few seconds, I can see the same new appointment on my iPhone and iPad native calendars. and I can pull up calendar.google.com to see the appointment on the associated Google calendar. If I look at the calendar on my Apple Watch, four of the five Google calendars synch in just a few minutes.

The exception here is my corporate Google calendar. It's a paid Google workspace account and we have, what I suspect, are the usual security settings for a corporate Google calendar. On this calendar, when adding an appointment via my Mac using the native Mac calendar app, I can see it a few seconds later on my iPhone and iPad. I can also see it online when viewing my Google Calendar on the web. HOWEVER, for this calendar, and only this corporate calendar, appointments seem to take forever to synch to my watch, and sometimes, they don't synch at all. Same goes for the reverse ... removing a corporate appointment that had previously synched to my watch doesn't get removed.

The result is that for watch faces with calendar complications, the most important (and active) calendar, my corporate calendar, isn't synching.

Anyone know how to solve this?

Please don't suggest using the "RESET" feature. First, it doesn't help, and this is an ongoing issue that has spanned several WatchOS versions. I wear an Apple Watch series 5 and yesterday, I unpaired and re-paired as new to try to see if that would fix it, but it hasn't.

Thank you.

UPDATE -

This is interesting. As I mentioned at the bottom of my post, I completely re-set my Watch by unpairing it from my iPhone and then re-pairing as a new watch. Yesterday evening, I create a new "test" event on both my corporate calendar and my personal Gmail calendar. I also changed the time of one of my appointments on my corporate calendar.

These all synchronized as expected between my Mac, iPhone and iPad. However, none of the changes synchronized to my Watch. Using the "Reset Sync Data" button on my iPhone Watch app appears to do nothing (although I've never seen that button do anything).

This is getting more frustrating by the minute. Having the "next up" appointment on my watch face is one of the big utilities I love about this device.

Appreciate the insights ...
