Mouse and keyboard not responding. I wish to get Bluetooth back on line

So it sounds like you use a Bluetooth keyboard and mouse. Could you let us know on what device this is happening on and the model of the keyboard and mouse? This question was posted in "Apple Music on other Devices" so we just want to make sure we get some more details and provide you the correct steps.
